Interfaith Prayer Breakfast
Held in conjunction with the National Day of Prayer on the first Tyhursday in May, community leaders and residents join together to seek spiritual insights and solutions to international, national and local challenges.
Procession of Light
This community wide interactive celebration of music, prayers, and light, a tradition since the turn of the century, is held annually at the Huntington Beach Pier Plaza near sunset to celebrate our diversity in faith.
Interfaith Thanksgiving Service
People from throughout the area come to a house of worship on the Sunday evening before Thanksgiving to celebrate our common commitment to our nation's value of expressing thanks for all of the blessings of our lives. The various faith traditions of our community share prayers and sacred texts along with music to celebrate our rich diversity.
Fourth of July Parade
The GHBIC participates in the annual civic parade with a float representing our many diverse faith traditions. Our focus is to embrace similarities, respect differences and promote peace and harmony through fellowship with one another.
